General

> All work is personal use only
> Please compile all of your references into an easy access file or public link
> When taking character references please include all views + closeups
> If you have any pose references/moodboards please include those as well
> If you are looking to commission an ffxiv character, please include a list of gear your character is wearing

Work flow + Revisions

> The sketch will be sent 1-2 weeks after payment. For the full colour illustration, a second rough coloured sketch will be sent roughly a week after the first initial sketch has been approved.
> A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed. (please check and go over the sketch thoroughly, as major alternations during the rendering process will NOT be allowed)
> Finished work is expected to be done 1-3 months less or more depending on complexity (sketch must be approved first)

Payment

> All payments are done upfront via paypal, I will be sending out an invoice
> If cancellation is required mid commission, a partial refund will be granted (60% of your funds will be returned to you, 30% I keep)
